For the donor, Lucía Mullen de Harrington. 

Description & History of the Place
Lucía Mulllen de Harrington donated in 1907 two parcels (9.1 and 24 hectares), for the construction of railway station and tracks. The railway company was the Ferrocarril Central Córdoba (extension a Buenos Aires) (6743/1907/San Nicolás). [2]
